Personal data we process

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• Contact details if you email us or send a message (for example name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, typically collected by our hosting or infrastructure providers as part of delivering the site (see Cookies below).

The contact form on this site is not currently connected to a server that stores submissions; if you use it before it is wired to a backend, your details are not stored by us through that form until that changes. If we connect it to email or a database, we will update this notice to describe that processing.

Purposes and lawful bases

We only use personal data where we have a lawful basis under UK GDPR. Examples:

• Responding to enquiries — often legitimate interests (running our business and responding to prospective clients) and/or contract (steps before a contract), depending on the enquiry.
• Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests and, where strictly necessary, cookies may rely on the PECR exemption for essential cookies.
• Non-essential cookies (for example analytics or marketing) — only where we have obtained your consent via our cookie banner, and we will describe them in the table below before switching them on.

Under PECR, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, except where an exemption applies.

We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics on this site at present. If that changes, we will update this table and only load those tools after consent where required.
